Some big-ish updates


I don't even know if anyone is going to see this but... I've made some progress in turning this into more of a game.

This week, added:

  • Bosses!
    • Bosses only spawn after each 15 point increment
    • Bosses will kill all enemies it touches, so use that to your advantage!
    • But beware, bosses can kill you in 1 hit!
  • Player health is now based on how many bosses they have killed beforehand
    • 0 bosses, 1 healthpoint. 1 boss, 2 healthpoints...
  • A little circle indicator to tell you which direction you are shooting
  • The coins now blink!
  • Maximum enemies that can spawn are based on the score that the player has, to give more time for the player to learn the game and the controls


But wait, some planning has been done...

Coming up (maybe, if I continue to work on this project):

  • A better menu
  • Leveling system?
  • Upgrades and stuff?
  • Particle systems?
